The Danbury Farmers’ Market has everything you need to stock your pantry and refrigerator with fresh food from local purveyors. You’ll find delicious baked goods from Brewster Pastry Shop, vegetables and plants from Smith’s Acres, honey and syrup from Sullivan Farm, and much, much more. The Danbury Farmers’ Market is also taking the recent health crisis very seriously, with mask and physical distancing requirements. Local farms and small businesses have been greatly affected by the pandemic, so the Danbury Farmers’ Market is a wonderful way to support neighboring vendors and get some fresh food in the process.
Find the market every Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Danbury Railway Museum, a quick trip (less than three miles) from The Point at Still River. Visit the website for the full list of vendors, or to learn more about SNAP, WIC, and Senior programs at the market.
